The CEEN department's Program Educational Objectives for the computer engineering program are that our graduates will:

1. Be employed in industries doing
   1. Design with microprocessors/embedded systems
   2. Digital design
   3. Hardware/software integration
   4. Computer architecture and parallel processing
2. Function on teams with multidisciplinary aspects
3. Participate in lifelong learning
4. Exhibit competency in written and oral communications
5. Continue their formal education in graduate programs
6. Have an ethical approach to engineering practice.

These program educational objectives have been developed with input from the program educational objectives constituency group consisting of:
